Is this a replacement for Shopware Nexus?

No. This plugin focuses on incoming product data sync (stock, prices, fields). Shopware Nexus is broader.

Can it synchronize orders?

No. This plugin handles only incoming product data, not orders.

Can it create new variants?

No. It updates existing variants only. Variant creation requires custom development.

Does it support media/images?

No. Focus is on stock, prices, and product metadata.

Does it work without ERP API?

Yes. Use file-based transfer via SFTP/FTP with CSV/JSON/XML.

Which protocol is recommended?

SFTP with host-key verification. It’s encrypted and secure.

Can one token have limited scope?

Yes. Create tokens with only required scopes (e.g., stock:write only).

How do I avoid duplicates?

Use Idempotency-Key header. File imports have hash-based duplicate detection.

Does Dry Run modify data?

No. Dry run is completely safe and shows what would happen.

Where are logs stored?

CWS External Sync → Logs in Shopware Administration.
