Setup

Configuration Steps

  1. 1. Go to CWS External Sync → File Sources
  2. 2. Click “Create File Source”
  3. 3. Enter connection details (host, port, username, password)
  4. 4. Select protocol (SFTP recommended)
  5. 5. Specify remote file path
  6. 6. Choose file format (CSV/JSON/XML)
  7. 7. Test connection
  8. 8. Optionally enable scheduled imports
